Single Gentleman in 60s in economic hardship due to Vic floods
Resident was working and living in caravan park which was inundated by flood waters. The caravan that he owned was severely damaged and he lost his job at the park not long after the flood event. He is finding it difficult to obtain new employment and is currently house sitting around Victoria until he secures permanent housing. He is also starting to sell personal items so he can minimise the financial pressure of being unemployed. The resident was re-impacted by January 2024 flooding as he had items in storage in Rochester that were damaged. He needs some financial assistance for daily expenses.
