Register your organisation

GIVIT is free! We help eligible organisations obtain the essential items and services they need to support people in need around Australia.

Does your organisation meet these registration application conditions? My organisation supports people in need in Australia and is registered with the: - Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), or - Office of the Registrar of Indigenous Corporations (ORIC), AND my organisation's ACNC or ORIC reporting is up-to-date. Registration applications for organisations with overdue ACNC or ORIC reporting will not be processed. OR my organisation's Australian Business Number (ABN) denotes we are a government entity of government statutory authority.Natural disaster registration. During disasters or emergencies, GIVIT may grant short-term access to community organisations assisting in recovery. Your organisation must have a not-for-profit purpose, and your application must include a local or state government referee to affirm your role in community recovery. Ongoing access will only be possible if ACNC, ORIC or government entity/statutory authority conditions are met. Our decision whether to approve your application is final.Your referees need to be professional contacts who can affirm your role within your organisation and the type of work you do. Referee emails must include official domains (no gmail, Hotmail etc). We cannot register animal charities, organisations that provide their support outside of Australia, or organisations that sell or raffle donations.
