GIVIT is the smart way for Freemasons of Queensland Members to help people in Queensland impacted by disasters
GIVIT is the official Queensland Government donation management partner during natural disasters, and is currently working with support organisations to provide essential goods and services for flood, storm and bushfire recovery.
GIVIT is currently working to get exactly what's needed to people impacted by flooding in North and Far North Queensland in February 2025.
You can donate money to help people impacted by the North and Far North QLD Floods here. Please reference 'HHP QLD 261' in the comment box. 100% of publicly donated funds received by GIVIT for the appeal will be used to buy exactly what's needed to help people impacted by this flood event. A list of requests will appear below once recovery organisations are able to identify specific needs among impacted families.
Hand Heart Pocket has already contributed a significant amount to help people affected by the 2022 Floods, the South East QLD Storms, the Far North QLD Floods, and the 2023Queensland Bushfires on behalf of the Freemasons of Queensland. Members, their families, friends and the community are encouraged to give what they can. Financial donations are preferred to ensure urgently needed items get to recipients quickly.
