We connect those that have, with those that need - We are an online matching service connecting you to trusted charities. We have no delivery vehicles or affiliation with transport companies.
When an item is donated we exchange your details with the charity via email.
When you GIVIT (Give Items), by registering and pledging your donation, you can specify the type of delivery you can manage (post, drop off or
pick up).
When you see What’s Needed – you can see what type of transportation the charities require.

You can donate your quality new or as-new items 24 hours a day and GIVIT now! Only charities can see this information, and you may specify the
delivery method AND how long you are willing to hold the item.

your inbox.
If you are a Charity/NFP:
After your registration is authenticated there are many ways you can receive an item for your clients.

Charities may access items from GIVIT's “Virtual Warehouse”. This is a list of donations that have been pledged by the public, but are only seen by
charities.

Charities may also request any essential item for their clients, and items they need for your service.
After submission, it is reviewed and listed on What’s Needed.

Note: We do have a Prohibited Items list which details items you may not
request.
