Single Female living in very remote off grid flood/disaster affected community in FNQ

Single Female living in very remote and isolated flood affected FNQ community that is completely off grid with no mains power etc. Client is unable to work due to medical issues. Client was affected by FNQ Cyclone/Flooding and has lost items due to damaged cause by this wide scale catastrophic event. Roads in to the community have been cut to one lane with long delays due to complete destruction of main roads (landslides) that left community cut off from the outside world for weeks immediately after the event. Supplies had to be brought in via boat. There is still no telephone reception in clients area and to date the community is still suffering from torrential rain that has not ended since November 2023.
