Single mother of 10-month-old baby looking for baby carrier

We are currently working with a 33-year-old single mother with a 10-month-old baby who has been struggling with alcohol use. Despite her experiences of family and relationship violence, she has been making consistent efforts to break this cycle for her child and put in positive habits for their small family. She would greatly benefit from a strap-on front or back carrier that would allow her to go on walks and other activities with her baby while keeping her hands free. She is also hoping to find a new car seat that would accommodate the increasing height and weight of her child. The baby is currently at 12kg and is expected to continue growing quite quickly.
