We are a non for profit charity who assist those people experiencing homelessness. These include baked beans, Spaghetti, tuna, tinned fruit, muesli bars, up and go, juice boxes, cheese dips, sultanas. Along with these items we have tea and coffee on offer. We also have a team of volunteers who run Our Charity Meals where every Sunday they make fresh sandwiches, baked items, boiled eggs, fresh fruit. One of our volunteers has a clothing distribution as well with all items donated and sorted by her and her team.
At the Moore Street Hub we set up several marquees in such a way that its like a shopping market. We have found that we have struck up a personal relationship with a number of those experiencing homelessness. As we are at the coal face so to speak we have found that our service gives a more community that these people have grown to love and as we have as well.
