Perhaps it’s the exciting time in a family with the arrival of a child, perhaps there’s a small procedure to be done in day surgery, the difficult time where an accident has occurred and a family member has been rushed to Dubbo Hospital, there’s many reasons for needing to attend Dubbo Hospital, and that’s why we are here to support you.
Macquarie Home Stay has been established for one purpose - to provide patients and their partner or carer with accommodation while preparing for or post treatment at Dubbo Hospital.

This Priority 55 Housing Program is primarily designed for single women over 55 who are at risk.
Angelus residents have low incomes, few assets and enjoy financial and emotional stability of living in a shared secure house arrangements with up to 4 older women.
The residents and Head tenant share the house and garden. providing companionship and security but big enough to give the house the financial stability it requires.
Many have previously lived by themselves and were often lonely and isolated.

Established in 2002, Mater Refugee Complex Care Clinic is a Mater mission driven initiative that has made a significant impact on the health and well being of asylum seekers and people from refugee backgrounds in Brisbane.
The clinic helps people from refugee backgrounds with complex health needs who may have difficulty accessing and navigating health services within general practice. In addition, the clinic provides a no cost service to asylum seekers without Medicare to help reduce the financial barriers to health care.
Many of our patients experience significant financial hardship which impacts their physical and mental health and well being. The clinic links patients to community and social supports to improve financial hardship, social inclusion and community participation.
Donations are always welcomed at MRCCC to help support some of the most vulnerable individuals and families in our community.

We provide meals to those in need in the Brisbane South Aged Care region to support independent living. The Menora Charity Fund provides assistance to the underprivileged members of the community, including children, families in desperate need of financial and medical assistance, the unemployed and our elderly members too. We do this mainly through donations and the sales of second hand goods. The children are assisted through tutors, books, school uniforms, etc. Those in need of medical assistance we coordinate support from doctors, dentists and other medical staff to try to ensure needs are met. Those who are unfortunate enough to be out of work where possible we try to help them back into the workforce though training or improving existing skills.

Mens Outreach Service Aboriginal Corporation (MOSAC) provides a range of support services to men, their families and communities in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. We are a small team of 23 staff based in Broome who are passionate about and committed to our work and who represent many of the families and communities in the West Kimberley.
We have four key programs in the areas of youth suicide prevention (life promotion), family domestic violence, men’s health & wellbeing and a child & youth bike engagement program. Thousands of organisations across Australia are registered with GIVIT, working across a variety of causes, hardships and demographics. Our priority is to respect and maintain the privacy, safety, dignity and independence of people reaching out for help. By connecting with a relevant support organisastion, your needs can be assessed and verified, and you can receive tailored support, which may include the organisation requesting items or services on your behalf through GIVIT.
The support organisation that is assisting you can request a range of donated items and services through GIVIT on your behalf. This may include furniture, household items, whitegoods and appliances. You can also request baby items, toiletries, toys and educational supplies, kid’s or adult’s clothing, digital devices like mobile phones or laptops.
GIVIT may also be able to help you buy groceries, fuel or medication in the form of vouchers. You can check our ‘What’s needed’ list for an idea of what can be requested through GIVIT.
Your requests may be filled through a donor donating the money needed to purchase the item new, or through a donor donating the actual item or service.
Your support organisation can also request time and skills such as tradespeople, cleaners, health and social support, tutoring and transport assistance.
