DVConnect

Our vision is that all relationships are free from domestic, family and sexual violence. Our mission is that through collaboration we enable seamless pathways from violence to safety and beyond. DVConnect exists to help Queenslanders escape domestic, family and sexual violence by providing crisis helplines, as well as emergency transport and accommodation away from violence. DVConnect is a not-for-profit organisation that has provided state-wide specialist domestic, family and sexual violence crisis counselling, intervention, information, safety planning and pathways to safety for almost 20 years.

EACH provides a range of health, disability, counselling and mental health services across Australia.

EACH Social & Community Health Centre - Victoria

Mental health outreach support to people with mental health, homelessness and complex needs. EACH's principal activities remained the provision of support across its many
communities through the delivery of its 10 major service types, these being: Primary
Health Care (including GP Allied Health, Nursing and Oral Health Services, Health
Promotion), Disability and Aged Care Services, Mental Health Services, (including
NDIS services)
Alcohol and Other Drug Services, Youth Services, Child and Family Services,
(including
Child Care, Early Childhood Intervention Services, Youth Services, Mediation and
Family Relationship Services), Counselling and targeted psychological services
(including Problem Gambling counselling, Victims of Crime support, Financial

Eats 4 The Streets

Eats 4 the Streets is a dedicated charity organization committed to addressing food insecurity and homelessness in our community. Every Saturday afternoon, we host Lunch at the Lakes at Centenary Lakes in Caboolture, providing free, warm, and nutritious meals to anyone in need. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious food and a supportive community. We create a welcoming environment where people can connect, share a meal, and build meaningful relationships. As a volunteer-run program, we rely on the generosity of our community to continue our efforts. Donations are always welcome and help us sustain our mission to support those who need it most. Our ultimate goal is to foster a compassionate, hunger-free community where everyone feels valued and supported.

Echuca Neighbourhood House

Echuca Neighbourhood House is a not-for-profit community organisation that prides itself on offering a vast and varied range of programs to Echuca-Moama and surrounding townships.
We provide emergency food relief (Food Bank), a Community Garden, No Interest Loans Scheme, community lunches, art & craft classes, telephone/computer use, and social support groups, just to name a few.
Our commitment is to respond to the needs of our community as they arise, and our programs and activities are continually changing to meet these needs.

Echuca Regional Health

ERH is the primary health organization in the Shire of Campaspe. ERH has been contracted by the State Government of Victoria (Emergency Response Victoria) to provide direct support ot people affected by the 2022 floods in Northern Victoria.
ERH also support community members within our Family Services department and Enhanced Maternity Care Programs that have complex issues such as Family Violence, Homelessness and complex health conditions.

Edmund Rice Centre Mirrabooka

Each year the Centre interacts with around 3,000 people of all ages and backgrounds. It provides
programs in English, computer studies, life skills, driver education, specialist housing assistance,
settlement assistance, a women’s group and very popular youth sports and youth leadership
training programmes, as well as leisure and cultural programmes.

EDON Place Domestic and Family Violence Centre Inc

We are a not-for-profit community based organisation providing specialist domestic and family violence support services in the Bundaberg and North Burnett regions. Our services are provided in the catchment area of Bundaberg, Childers, Gin Gin, Monto, Gayndah and Eidsvold.

EDON Place was established in 1978, we offer a wide range of programs to families affected by domestic and family violence. EDON Place provides quality, short-term crisis accommodation, assistance and support to women and children escaping domestic and family violence.

EDON Place partners with government and non-government agencies, organisations and women’s services to continue to improve responses to domestic and family violence as we work toward achieving our goal of ending domestic and family violence.

Emama Nguda Aboriginal Corporation

NFP NGO “The main objectives of ENAC is to manage its own affairs on its own land by supporting education, job training, employment, housing, individual, family and community wellbeing services, the development of Aboriginal economic projects and enterprises whilst encouraging the community to keep and renew its traditional culture.” Profits are reinvested into ENAC to grow existing enterprises, and to acquire and generate new enterprises. The number of long term jobs created, rather than the rate of return on investment alone, is the primary criteria in assessing business performance. Emama Nguda’s Mission is to advocate for the rights of our people and to advance the economic independence of Aboriginal people in the Derby region.

ENAC pursues business opportunities independently and in partnerships with other stakeholders and strategic allies, which increases long-term employment opportunities for Aboriginal people.

Emerald Neighbourhood Centre

Emerald Neighbourhood Centre (ENC) is a not-for-profit organisation, providing programs such as Emergency Relief, Get Set for Work, Community Caseworker, Day to Day Living groups, Come to the Table, and more, whilst providing information, referral and advocacy. ENC is a place where people find opportunities to meet their community, family and personal needs and interests in a supportive setting.

Emerge Youth is a an organisation based in QLD supporting young people who are having a hard time. Emerge provides wrap around support including; accommodation, mentorship, crisis services, employment and training to help young people get back on their feet.

Emmanuel City Mission

The mission of Emmanuel City Mission (ECM) is to connect the homeless and vulnerable with people who care; increasing trust and decreasing loneliness.

ECM is located in a large warehouse-like space in South Brisbane where homeless and vulnerable people can eat a healthy meal, rest, wash clothes, have a shower, be out of the weather, be safe and very importantly connect with people that genuinely care about them. Safe relationships can be formed even of only for the day. ECM is open 7 days a week and people can trust that we will be here for them tomorrow.

ECM also offers space for other outreach service providers free of charge to foster a diversity of connections and also enable a person to seek a pathway beyond their current circumstances.

Similarly, ECM seeks to build partnerships with other local community organisations (including schools, parishes and local businesses) to improve services to the homeless while also building connections to the vulnerable in the community.

We are a not for profit community owned and operated organisation for individuals and families in the northern suburbs of Brisbane.

We can help you access a range of diverse programs including a confidential interview with the Intake and Response team to assess your individual or family support needs.

Encircle - Pine Rivers Neighbourhood Centre

Encircle has been in operation since 1987 and is committed to developing programs and services that support the wellbeing of community members, encourage and enable community participation, and respond to identified community issues and needs. Encircle operates across 4 sites - Lawnton, Strathpine, Kedron and Redcliffe, and has 40 staff and 300 volunteers. Our programs and activities demonstrate a wide variety of integrated options for the people in our region:
• Community information and referral service – as a central point of entry for the community we can either assist directly or make a referral
• Legal service – free legal advice and minor assistance
• Counselling services - generalist, domestic violence and family therapy
• Family support – outreach assistance to build and maintain nurturing family environments for kids to grow and develop.
• Adult literacy – customised support to enhance literacy and numeracy skills to enable active participation in community

The Family Support Program provides early intervention support to families to explore and implement changes in the areas of parenting, family relationships, and children’s needs and development.

Family Support assists families who may have been impacted by family relationship issues or relationship breakdown, mental health issues, social isolation, or experiences of emotional or physical trauma to improve child and family wellbeing.

Escare Inc.

A NFP community organisation that develops and delivers practical assistance through services that are relevant to the people of Esperance, WA. Escare has been supporting the Esperance community since 1982, transforming lives, pursuing equality, empowering people and being responsible. We offer support to individuals and families that face daily life struggles through a family and community service, youth service, financial counseling service and develop programs that are offered to support parenting.
