Kutta Mulla Gorinna Special Assistance School

Kutta Mulla Gorinna School provides secondary schooling opportunities to those young people who are disengaged and alienated from the conventional school system. Our school places emphasis on understanding the essential features of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture, including our special connection on the land and sea and our commitment to family and community, especially as it pertains to the lives of our students.

At the same time Kutta Mulla Gorinna School will welcome all students disengaged from schooling irrespective of their cultural background. We aim to ensure that students have an awareness of social justice principles and demonstrated respect for others.

Kwinana Early Years Services Inc. (KEYS)

KEYS is an organisation that is committed to advocating for the rights of the child and families; building on the strengths and capacities of families and the community; we empower parents to play the key role in raising their children; acknowledging the inter-generational nature of parenting issues; consulting with the community to work in an innovative and collaborative manner; promoting education as a means of breaking the poverty cycle; working in an innovative and creative manner. We provide service to meet the needs of the community through counselling, playgroups, workshops, parenting programs and one-on-one support.

We are a socially inclusive learning organisation respectfully meeting the needs of the Kyabram region. We are a central hub for a range of valued community and support services. We facilitate, deliver and advocate for our families and individuals to develop personal and interpersonal skills to connect and empower our community.

Kyogle Family Support Services Neighbourhood Centre Inc.

We are a not for profit family support service. We network with other agencies to provide wrap around services for vulnerable clients.
We have increasing numbers of people accessing the service who are homeless due to DV, floods, limited housing and natural disasters.
Many people require food relief, toiletries, cooking utensils, tents, swags, camping equipment, sleeping bags so that they can have somewhere out of the weather to sleep as there is virtually no accommodation at caravan parks, motels, hotels etc. This is a recurring theme all through the Northern Rivers. When we ring Link2home clients cannot get help as there is no accommodation anywhere.
We also provide case management to families, early intervention programs, supported parenting groups.
Our hub includes a community garden, men's shed, hart transport and services Australia. we plan to have a daily soup kitchen up and running by next year. we also have the service the Aboriginal community of muli Muli.

We are a NFP. We run a weekly foodbank service for all members of our community requiring support, this includes material aid. Our service is run by one paid worker volunteers.

Larrakia Nation - Tenancy Support Program

Larrakia Nation Aboriginal Corporation is funded by the Department of Housing to support individuals and families are homeless, rough sleepers or whose whose tenancy may be at risk of homelessness.

Larrakia Nation Aboriginal Corporation

Larrakia Nation Aboriginal Corporation Aged Care provides support to elderly clients to ensure that they remain living in their own home for as long as possible. We provide domestic assistance, social support (group and individual), transport, assistance with housing, Meals on Wheels and personal care to both entry level and higher needs clients.

Launch Housing Elizabeth Street Common Ground

Launch Housing Elizabeth Street Common Ground is an Internationally renowned model that focusses on transitioning long term homeless people to stable housing from a housing first philosophy. ESCG has been operating in Melbourne for over 11 years and is a partnership between Launch Housing and Unison.
ESCG is a high density 131 Unit mixed tenancies facility located in the heart of Melbourne. It provides on-site case management support to 65 individual residents. Supports and 24/7 Concierge services are provided by Launch Housing and tenancies are managed by Unison.
Common Ground supports residents to achieve their individual goals and assists people to remain independent and self reliant.
Building and maintaining a thriving community is a major part of the success of the program and recovering from COVID restrictions is of the highest priority.

Law and Advocacy Centre for Women Ltd

We are a community legal centre in Victoria that provides advice, representation and wrap-around support to women who are in or at risk of entering the criminal justice system.
Our in house case management and social work team works closely with our clients to address the underlying causes of their criminalisation, including in relation to family violence victimisation, homelessness, poverty and health issues.
We also provide material aid in the form of grocery vouchers, assistance with transportation costs, clothing and emergency accommodation for women, in particular those who are being released from custody into the community and those at risk of family violence.

Learning With Families

The Learning with Families Program is an early learning support program for Indigenous Families. We currently run 3 Playgroups; Sadadeen Primary School, Trucking Yards town Camp and Percy Court. The aim of the Program is to improve developmental outcomes for Indigenous children by working with Families and children prior to school entry. An integral part of our Program is also working to build capacity with the Parents and other Family members.

Lennox Head Lions are people who get involved in humanitarian efforts locally, nationally, and internationally. A service club involved in: Mentoring, Leadership, Development, Medical Research Fundraising and Disaster Relief - just to name a few.

We are a community legal centre that provides free legal advice and representation on LGBTIQA+ issues, including law reform.

Liberation Larder Inc

We are self-funded charity depends on public donations, we provide hot food, fresh produce & emergency frozen meals to folk in need, such as those homeless or financially disadvantaged. Open Byron Bay Mon & Thurs 7am-2pm.

Life Without Barriers ia a national, not-for-profit organisation. We deliver services in the areas of Disability, Out-of-Home-Care, Aged and Veterans' Care, Mental Health and support for Refugees and Asylum Seekers through our National Immigration Support Service (NISS).

Life Without Barriers in the Geraldton/Murchison region provides residential and foster care placements for children in care.

Life Without Barriers - Kalgoorlie

Life Without Barriers are a not-for-profit organisation working in more than 300 communities across Australia. Our services currently support just over 11,500 people living in their own homes or in residential houses that we manage. We deliver services in the areas of disability, out-of-home care, aged care, mental health and support for refugee and asylum seekers. We also provide services to homeless people and to youth involved with the justice system. We were established through the shared determination of local community members in who wanted to improve the lives of people with a disability. Motivated by their own experiences and in response to demand for local disability support services, they decided to act. Generating interest in the community, proposing to create a new non-government organisation for supporting people living with disability, a Board was formed and Life Without Barriers was established.
