FAME is the corporation that owns runs and operates 3KnD Kool N Deadly radio , Victoria's only licensed Aboriginal media organisation. We are a registered charity with DGR Status. Our mission is to:
To work closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people’s to inform, educate, entertain and promote Indigenous culture.
We provide a 24 hour radio service on AM, Digital and web stream with proud indigenous presenters providing programs that support the health, wellbeing, education and entertainment of our mob with culturally appropriate and sensitive content. We have a large dedicated loyal audience which is continuing to grow as we support their needs. This includes Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and the wider population who love the station that provides a real voice and great music diversity.

First Peoples Disability Network

The objective of the organisation is to support Aboriginal people with disabilities and their families and to provide advice and support to help them to access the necessary supports they require to improve their economic and social circumstances to enable them to live independently and incorporate themselves into their community and the wider community.

Fishability QLD Inc

Fishability QLD provide a range of socially inclusive fishing opportunities for people in the community who are marginalised and have complex needs. Some of these fishing enthusiasts are homeless or formerly homeless, some are culturally disadvantaged or Forgotten Australians and some struggle with mental or physical disability. Without support and assistance, social isolation can impact on a person’s ability to participate in the community; it can contribute to or exacerbate depression, anxiety, loneliness and further impact people's lives leading to homelessness, suicidal ideation and substance abuse. The “Community Fish Off” and The Bribie Island Boat Charters Challenge are friendly fishing competitions between organisations and teams, held in locations throughout South East QLD. Fishability QLD gather with participants and fish off boats, platforms and piers provided by generous Bribie Boats, Brisbane City Council and the Queensland Government to combat social isolation.

Fishers Of Men

Four main programs for people in need including meal provision twice a week, 2 residences aimed at facilitating recovery for men with addictions, a street van service helping people in Logan on Friday nights and a furniture relief arm.

Fitted for Work

Fitted for Work is a not-for-profit dedicated to helping women experiencing disadvantage to find work, keep work and navigate their world of work. We believe every woman has the right to economic security.

We develop each woman’s confidence and self-esteem as well as her skills and knowledge to obtain work through a suite of tailored pre-and post-employment services, including personal outfitting, resume assistance, interview preparation, mock interview practice and mentor placements.

Since 2005 we have helped over 33,000 women. On average, 77% of women sampled who accessed our services found work in 64 days. We focus specifically on helping women gain employment not only because work provides financial security but also a sense of social connectedness, dignity and pride. We believe that when a woman is fitted for work, she is fitted for life.

Fitzroy Legal Service

The Fitzroy Legal Service (FLS) is committed to making justice real and accessible to all regardless of their circumstances. Through various programs, lawyers and a large pool of volunteers provide legal services (including advice and case work) to those who may not be able to afford private legal assistance, are recipients of Legal Aid or are ineligible for Legal Aid. The demographics of the FLS' client group mean that they are almost always impacted by intersections of discrimination on the basis of race, sex, gender, ability, and class.
Our clients within the Women's Integrated Legal Outreach Program (WILO) are women and non-binary people who face criminal charges and have multiple complex support needs (including but not limited to concerns around mental ill health, alcohol and other drugs, physical health and wellbeing, being victim/survivors of family, sexual and physical violence, disability, homelessness and social isolation).

Fitzroy Valley District High School

We are a K-12 remote Indigenous district high school situated in the heart of the Kimberley region, specifically in the Fitzroy Valley. Our school serves over 300 students hailing from five distinct language groups. Remarkably, some students travel over 200 kilometers daily to attend classes.

In our dedicated efforts, we strive to provide comprehensive support for both attending and non-attending students, particularly those facing vulnerability in the valley. Our aim is not only to facilitate their school attendance but also to connect them with essential services that can address their unique needs. Many of our students confront significant challenges such as complex trauma, substance abuse, exposure to family violence, youth justice involvement, and foetal alcohol spectrum disorder.

It's important to note that a considerable number of our students live as independent minors, and our Student Services team works tirelessly to assist and support them in this unique situation. We have implemented a range of programs designed to foster engagement in education, recognizing the diverse barriers our students face.

Five Loaves Ballina

The Five Loaves soup kitchen primarily provides meals and dry cupboard provisions, also aid in social, physical and emotional guidance predominantly Tuesdays and Thursdays and deliveries through the week in the Ballina area. On average 45 meals each evening are handed out and more are delivered to the sick and needy as required. Due to flooding people have lost everything, need food, fuel vouchers, clothes

Flat Out

Flat Out is an independent, not for profit, community-based organisation that supports and advocates for women, trans and gender diverse people to get out and stay out of prison.

Our frontline outreach programs specialise in securing and coordinating post-release supports including in housing, material aid, alcohol and other drugs, family violence, child protection, mental health, and disability.

We also partner with specialist community legal centres to provide integrated legal and social work support in criminal, family law, family violence and child protection matters.

Flexible Living - Hillcrest

Flexible Support Services is a not-for-profit organisation that cares for the elderly, frail, or people with disability. Whether people need help to go shopping, assistance in paying bills, assistance with personal care, keeping their home tidy and clean, somewhere to make new friends, the caring staff if Flexible Support Services Australia Ltd will be there to assist in anyway they can.

Focus on Youth Inc

We are a group of community-minded volunteers providing vital assistance and support for disABLED youth residing in Brisbane, Ipswich and the surrounding areas. We are committed to all young people with disabilities having the same opportunities as other young people.

We focus on our ability to understand and develop the vision that the youth want to access the good things in life. These are the things most people typically enjoy, want, expect or even take for granted. These are achievable goals or aspirations for the youth and are within their reach.

We are individuals from diverse backgrounds who are committed to making a difference in the lives of the disABLED youth and their families. We strongly believe in the "whole of life" concept.

Follow Bless Collective

Follow Bless Collective ("FBC") provides food, toiletries and material aid to disadvantaged people within the Cardinia Shire and beyond. FBC operates a food van with hot meals and also provides Care Packs. FBC is also on the Cardinia Shire's Emergency Relief Taskforce and joins with the council and other agencies to respond to crisis within the shire.

We deliver nutrition education to promote healthy eating and advocate on behalf of people that experience hunger and food insecurity.

Foodbank WA is Western Australia’s largest food relief organisation, operating on a scale that makes it crucial to the work of over 900 front line charities and schools that feed the most vulnerable in the state. We have five regional branches in Albany, Bunbury, Geraldton, Kalgoorlie and Peel. The centre for hunger relief is at Perth Airport. We rely on volunteers to deliver our services and financial contributions to purchase essential food and nutrition education to the WA community.

Offer food support for vulnerable and isolated people in the Dandenong Ranges and Knox area of Melbourne. We have been operating for close to 19 years.

Foothills Information & Referral Service Inc

At FIRS our aim is to provide easily accessible, non-judgmental and non-discriminatory support services to individuals and families living within the Shire of Kalamunda. FIRS is a non-profit organisation. FIRS receives funding to provide emergency relief assistance to people living in the Shire of Kalamunda. People experiencing an unforeseen financial crisis and who meet our eligibility requirements, may be able to be assisted with payment towards essentials such as power, gas and food. Other services include helping to increase parenting skills, knowledge and confidence to optimise their child’s development. Parents are empowered by open communication, empathy and non-judgmental attitudes to share a wide range of parenting and child development issues. Families are successfully linked to and/or informed of community resources and networks directly through the FIRS Early Years (CARE) Program. FIRS has been operating for over 20 years and now rely on donations to keep FIRS operational.
