Foundation 61 is a not for profit charitable organization based in Geelong, Victoria.

We assist individuals to find hope and direction in recovering from life controlling issues such as drugs & alcohol

Established in 2005 "The Acreage" is a 15 bed live in rehab facility for men.
Currently under construction is a women's 8 bed facility "The House of Hope". The house of hope has two dedicated mother and child rooms for women with preschool children.

Foundation 61 relies on the generosity of our wider community to support and make what we do possible.

FISH was established in 2010 to address the severe housing crisis in First Nations communities throughout Australia. Our work has since expanded to include Education, Health, Justice, Social Enterprise and Cultural initiatives.
Acknowledging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have a living spiritual, cultural, familial and social connection with country, FISH seeks to bring healing to the spirit, heart, mind, body and land to help create healthy people and communities.
FISH believes that change does not come through ‘hand outs’, but by giving people a ‘hand up’ where Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander people and non-indigenous work hand in hand through innovation and enterprise to bring sustainable change.
The focus of the organisation is “by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people”.

Frank Konecny Community Centre

The Frank Konecny Community Centre is a not for profit incorporation operating in the City of Kwinana. Our main objective is to help relieve poverty by providing basic grocery, fresh produce and other items to people who are suffering from financial hardship that cannot afford a modest standard of living. The Frank Konecny Community Centre recognizes that hardship does not discriminate, therefore neither do we. We are also committed to providing a range of services, which support and educate people in need within our community with the aim of relieving their financial, physical and mental stress and improving their quality of life using a range of formal and informal methods. All our services, programs, workshops and courses focus on prevention and relief with the purpose of relieving poverty and distress.

Provides accredited training and paid work experience and case management/wellbeing support for refugees, people seeking asylum and migrants. Most of our program participants are on temporary and bridging visas and are often in need of material items. We also at times receive private donations from our wider community that we would like to ensure go to good homes.

Fremantle Multicutural Centre

The Fremantle Multicultural Centre (FMC) was established in 1981 as the Fremantle Migrant Resource Centre following the national review of post-arrival programs and services by Melbourne lawyer, Frank Galbally. The Centre’s principal objectives were to provide a base for support services and facilities for migrants in the Fremantle region and to promote greater awareness of their needs and cultural backgrounds among local service providers and the community.

It subsequently expanded into a wider range of service provision across the Perth metropolitan area including employment, mental health access service and accommodation supports. FMC provides services to people in all stages of life including children, youth, parents and families.

FMC has operated from premises in High Street Fremantle since the 1980’s developing strategies which address the needs of local migrants and focuses on recent arrivals emerging communities and special needs groups

Friendly Faces Helping Hands Foundation

Friendly Faces Helping Hands Foundation is a service set up to support and advocate for rural people and communities. Helping them through their Health Journey. It has a centralized resource for rural patients and their carers / families, information on the Friendly Faces Helping Hands Website includes a hospital directory for services and resources close to hospitals, with links and phone numbers for affordable accommodation, parking and transport, food and retail, and contacts for support workers (Aboriginal liaison officers, social workers, chaplaincy services).

Friends for Good

Friends for Good is a volunteer driven not-for-profit and Australian loneliness pioneer. We conduct a FriendLine (call service) and FriendChat (messaging service) through which people can link up with one of our volunteers who offer a friendly ear and help them to reduce the affects of loneliness in their daily lives.

Friends of Refugees is an independent not-for-profit organisation which has responded to the world’s worst humanitarian crisis and helps to create a positive future for people seeking asylum and refugees in Australia.

Founded in early 2013, Friends of Refugees Inc. (FOR) has developed as a practical response to address the complexities and changing needs of people seeking asylum and refugees in Victoria by filling the service gaps that other funded organisations do not meet. Friends of Refugees has become a central source of first-line relief for people seeking asylum in Melbourne’s south-east. The ranges of services we provide include material aid, food aid, education support, job training and resettlement programs. Our office in Dandenong operates as a drop-in centre which provides a welcoming and safe environment for people in desperate need.

People seeking asylum are one of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged groups in Australia.

We are a not for profit organisation founded by Manuela (former co-founder of Assist A Sista) providing real and practical support to people impacted by domestic violence.

Frontier Services (Outback Links Program)

Outback Links is a relatively new program run by Frontier Services. We are now 5 years old and specialise in placing skilled volunteers in rural and remote areas - where there is no access to services and help. Often while the volunteers are assisting, or by virtue of the fact that we are the only service to provide assistance, rural famlies share their needs with us.

Full Circle Projects Inc

Full Circle Projects(FCP) is a new and innovative Intensive Case Management and support
program for people at risk in the Moreton Bay Shire Council Region of Brisbane. FCP aims to
provide sustainable improvements to peoples situations by: The use of a vehicle for direct
client engagement and support after hours and on weekends; Utilising existing partnership who provide short term and semi-
permanent accommodation; The allocation of funds to pay up to three months rent in
advance with any prospective accommodation, freeing up funds for essential items needed
for work-related or study needs; To provide emergency relief brokerage for practical support
as a part of collaborative intensive case management plans for individuals and families;
Ongoing follow up support during working hours.

Fusion - Canberra

We are a Christian not-for-profit youth and community organisation, seeking to come alongside those doing it tough in life. We have two Op shops managed by volunteers, that are a safe space for people to come and be loved as well as a chaplain in a local high school. We run the annual Sleep in Your Car event in National Homelessness week, youth mental health first aid training, as well as looking to grow partnerships in the community into the coming year. We seek to love those who are connected to the Op Shop communities- many of whom are doing it tough; as well as the students our Chaplain works with and all those whose paths we cross.

Gailes Community House

Gailes Community House provides a social setting where people are able to meet with friends and neighbours for a cuppa and a chat and to participate in one of the many social inclusive or family support programs on offer. It has become an integral part of the community and is something that is shared by all who access it.

Gailes Community House runs a number of programs for both adults, children and families. We run parenting programs throughout the year and we also run a low cost food program. Gailes Community House also provides individual support, information and referral to people in the local community.
We are eligible for DGR donations via the Australian Neighbourhood Houses and Centres Association.

Galilee School - Communities@Work

Galilee School provides a therapeutic learning environment for young people who are unable to function in a mainstream school setting. Many of our young people come from disadvantaged backgrounds with significant trauma, and require additional support with behavioural issues, learning difficulties and social and emotional wellbeing.
A number of our young people and their families are often requiring additional supports with day to day and household items that they require support with.
