The Salvation Army Brisbane Inner City Services include various services, including the Upfront Intervention Team, the Mobile Support Team, Brisbane City Women's Service and Veteran's Support Team.

Pine Creek School is a small remote school with 37 students from preschool to year 6 .Students come from the nearby community of Kybrook, Pine Creek Town Camp and the town of Pine Creek. 95% of our students are indigenous with English as an additional language.

Pivot Support Services Inc.

The Community Hub provides practical support (including emergency relief food support) to community members experiencing crisis, disadvantage, financial hardship or other challenges. A comprehensive assessment ensures that service users are offered appropriate supports, including referral to other relevant agencies to help with any unmet needs that Pivot may not provide services for. We support people to work towards an exit from disadvantage, or, for those people experiencing a crisis situation, to avoid becoming entrenched in disadvantage. We have expertise in providing supports for people who might be regarded as "at risk" or otherwise with complex disadvantage, such as people at risk or currently experiencing homelessness, aboriginal families, people with disability issues (especially mental ill health), people with complex needs requiring coordination of services, recently released prisoners, people with behavioural issues that may preclude them from using other services.

Play Matters

Play Matters Australia, previously known as Playgroup Qld provides relief and support to children, their families and carers experiencing disability, vulnerability or disadvantage in child's early formative years. We: - establish, promote and develop Playgroups and services in relation to identified family and community needs. - encourage and provide opportunities for increased parent child interaction during child's early formative years through stimulating and diverse environments. - encourage children and parents or carers learning through play despite socio economic or cultural backgrounds allowing development socially at their own pace. - provide advisory services and support to parents, carers, community and government agencies in relation to child development

PlayAbility Inc.

PlayAbility provides Early Intervention services for families who have a child aged from birth to school age with a disability or developmental delay in two or more areas.
In addition, PlayAbility also provides Family Support through the following programs - Supported Playgroups, Mobile Parenting Support Service and Indigenous Family Support.

Playgroup WA

Supports community playgroups in locations across WA. Facilitates supported playgroups for Aboriginal families in various regional and remote communities throughout WA. As well as having opportunities for their children to play in a safe and supported environment, families are supported through connections with health and other services through their engagement at playgroup.

The school is located 130 kms from Wentworth,220kms from Broken hill.

We offer access to fruit, vegetables and bread plus pantry items..Dining Room operates from 12pm - 1pm with a three course meal. We have agencies like MNCLHD (health) New Horizons, Neami, Headspace, legal to provide support as necessary to the patrons

Port Douglas Community Service Network Inc

The Port Douglas Community Service Network Inc incorporates the Port Douglas Neighbourhood Centre, the town's only Opportunity Shop and the town's only playgroup and new parents group. The Network is committed to the social justice principles of equality, participation, empowerment, access and equity. Port School Young Parent Centre

The Young Parent Centre is a centre for pregnant and parenting teenage girls who have returned to school to complete their educational outcomes, as well as participate in a myriad of parenting programs to support their parenting skills, including cooking nutritional meals for themselves and their baby.

The cohort are aged up to 21 years and their baby/child attends our own specific on site Early Learning Centre, which is located next door to the Young Parent Centre. We offer training in Certificates I, II and III in the Certificate of General Education, as well as being a registered RTO, offering various other certificates such as Hospitality, Sport and Recreation and Community Services Cert II and III
