AccessCare is a not-for-profit provider of home care and support managed by Kingston City Council. We support people who are older, homeless, have disabilities and/or are carers.

We have developed a strong reputation over the past 20 years for supporting people, including those with complex needs. Our team of tertiary qualified Aged Care Advisers listen to what's important to you, supporting and empowering you to stay active and enjoy life.

We support people who are older or have disabilities and want to keep living at home, in Kingston, Bayside, Glen Eira, Stonnington and Port Phillip.

Accord Outreach

Supports clients who are at risk or experiencing Homelessness and/or Domestic Violence as well as supporting clients with CALD barriers.

Community based service which aims to provide individuals and families who may be marginalised with the opportunities and resources to be part of the community they live. This includes homelessness, community and transitional housing, prison reintegration services, out of home care, foster care and family support services including substance, reconnect, children and parenting support.

ACON Health

ACON Health provides Counselling and Care coordination services to members of the LGBTIQ+ community and people living with HIV.

Acquired Brain Injury Services

We embrace the unique needs of people with an Acquired Brain Injury and seek to be at the forefront of service provision, responding to clients’ needs to achieve equality of opportunities, empowerment and independence in all aspects of life.

ACSO - Reconnect - Traralgon

ACSO provides community based support for people who have been involved with the criminal justice system. The goal of ACSO is for clients to live productive crime free lives in their communities.

ACT Corrective Services - Reintegration Unit

The Reintegration Unit is a voluntary program that supports eligible people leaving custody with their transition back into the community. We focus on each individuals needs, and provide support in five core areas:
Accommodation, Basic needs, Community connections, Financial management and Health. We assist with Various Support, including:
• Clothing for day of release, rehab or work
• A release pack including bus tickets, grocery card, toiletries, and towel etc.,
• Transport on the day of release
• Training e.g., white card, asbestos awareness,
• Food bank vouchers
• Referrals and entry support to Rehabilitation services.

ACT Down Syndrome Association

The ACT Down Syndrome Association is a self help organisation formed in 1987 by a group of interested parents with a vision to form a resourceful, supportive and beneficial association for members with Down syndrome and their families living in the ACT and surrounding regions.

The core focus of the Association is to support families with a member who has Down syndrome, promote improvements in the quality of life in people with Down syndrome, and to stimulate within the wider community an awareness of the abilities and needs of people with Down syndrome.

Assessment and Service Connect partners with families who are involved in an open investigation with Child Safety, to inform a family-focused assessment while providing support to increase safety and well-being and reduce the need for ongoing Child Safety intervention.

Act for Kids operates over 26 centres with a team of over 400 staff from Adelaide all the way up to the Cape York Peninsula. Our services have expanded to include integrated therapy, support for vulnerable families, special workshops to empower kids and safe houses in remote Aboriginal communities.

budgeting and managing money
alcohol, drug or gambling problems

You can use this service as often as you need. There is no limit and no cost.

The Intensive Family Support program (IFS) is provided in Rockhampton. IFS services are tailored for families that have multiple and complex needs. We can help with:

- managing stress to cope with daily pressures

ACT Grow Residential Rehabilitation

The ACT Grow house provides dual diagnosis residential rehabilitation for up to five people at a time.

ACT Human Rights Commission

The ACT Human Rights Commission promotes the human rights and welfare of all people living in the ACT.

The Commission:

- Handles complaints in relation to health, disability and community services, abuse of vulnerable people, and complaints under discrimination law.

- Increases awareness of the rights and responsibilities of service users and service providers, and encourage service improvement.

- Provides advice to government and others regarding their human rights obligations.

- Advocates for children, young people and adults experiencing vulnerability.

- Advocates for and supports victims of crime.

ACT Together

ACT Together is a consortium created to provide quality services for children and young people in out-of-home care in the ACT. The requirements for children, young people and their carers varies due to the age groups: new born to 18 year old. Children and young people come from a variety of backgrounds, cultures and abilities.

Adavale Lane Community Centre Incorporated

This organisation is a community Hall which is situated near Northparkes Mines in the Central West Region of NSW. The Hall is used for various meetings including Landcare, Northparkes Mines Neighbours meetings and the Rural Fire Service, which is in the process of building a shed to house the Coragery fire Truck on our premises. The hall is also used for social functions and gathers members from surrounding properties and the neighbouring towns of Parkes, Trundle, Bruie Plains and Peak Hill. Social Functions include gatherings for Xmas Parties, Camp Oven nights and BBQs.

Adolescent and Young Adult Hospice

Adolescent and Young Adult Hospice (AYAH) in Manly. A state-wide unit providing respite, symptom management and end-of-life care to young people aged 15-24 years old with a life limiting illness across NSW. This support extends to their families/carers with accommodation, counselling and bereavement support. AYAH also supports families with post-death care of a young person with life limiting illness.

ADRA Community Pantry Townsville

We operate every Friday from our church hall where clients on concession cards or those who are struggling financially can come and be registered and receive a food parcel consisting of basic pantry items, fresh produce as it is available and bread. As well as the Friday operation, we deliver food hampers to those unable to attend or who are in emergency situations. Each week we distribute between 80 and 100 boxes. Our food is sourced from a number of supermarkets, small businesses and Food Relief NQ. We rely heavily on donations of food and money as we receive only modest support from other sources. Although much of the food is donated, a significant amount is also purchased in order to keep a good balance of staples in the hampers. Since virus restrictions were enforced, our Friday operation has been changed. Now we pre-pack boxes and deliver to clients in the car park. This ensures minimal contact between clients and volunteers. We have 28 staff all of whom are volunteers.

We provide residential restoration for those in the community struggling with addiction. We provide support for families and community education for those who have loved ones caught in addiction.

ADRA Australia provides a number of programs and projects throughout Australia including: Emergency Relief, Community Cafe - meals programs, Community Gardens, Community Pantries, Refugee Settlement, Youth Resilience, Connecting Seniors, and other service projects through the community.

Afri-Aus Care Inc

Afri-Aus Care Inc. is a community-based mental health organization founded by Selba-Gondoza Luka OAM in 2015 and located in Springvale South. The organization comprises a diverse team of professionals dedicated to supporting migrants from African and other Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds who may be at risk of experiencing complex, intersectional challenges.
At Afri-Aus Care, we embrace the Concept of UBUNTU and implement the Positive Change Model to provide comprehensive support services. Our approach includes intensive biopsychosocial and well-being risk assessments, case management, counselling, legal and court support, and pathways to education, training, and employment. Additionally, we facilitate referrals to other organisations, offer mental health support, drug and alcohol workshops, youth mentoring, and domestic violence assistance, as well as support individuals who are in contact with the justice system.
A key component of our work is training the Mamas and Youth Mentors, empowering them to become Positive Change Makers within their communities.
Afri-Aus Care also collaborates with major universities in Melbourne on Co-Design projects, which have proven to be highly impactful not only for the communities we serve but also for university staff and society as a whole.

Agape Outreach inc

Agape Outreach Inc is a Christian organisation making a difference in the lives of hurting, broken and disenfranchised people. We show love first in actions and ultimately become one huge family.

Agape looks to be the hands of Jesus through our actions, support and love. We are not affiliated with a church. Agape is run with my heart for Jesus (the founder, Theresa’s) and nothing more. No church services, no praying over meals, no preaching, just love, and action. Volunteers just like clients are welcome from all walks of life and beliefs both churched and unchurched people.

It is up to us, individually to make the decision to help others and then actually do it, without any expectations of return.

We offer, food relief, Case Management, showers and laundry facilities, drug and alcohol programs, psychology, clothing and hot meals to people sleeping rough from Tweed to the Gold Coast.

AgBiz Assist

AgBiz Assist provides rural and small business financial counselling services to farm and small businesses in rural and regional areas of North East Victoria and bordering areas in Southern New South Wales. Our charity assist people reliant on farms and small business who are experiencing financial stress by providing direct relief such as grocery cards and other necessary assistance.
AgBiz Assist also assists rural communities to recover from the effects of natural and economic disasters.

Age Matters supports older people who are homeless, isolated and at risk. As a division of IRT Group, our mission is to engage the community so all older people can life independent, purposeful and connected lives.

Aged Care Placement Services

Aged Care Placement Services helps senior Australian's that are experiencing homelessness find affordable rental accommodation. We also help them implement ongoing support services to help them live independently in their homes.

Aitkenvale State School Community Hub

Our Community Hub at Aitkenvale State School is a welcoming place where families from diverse backgrounds, particularly mother with pre-school children, come to connect, share and learn.

ALARA QLD Limited provides a range of support services for people with a disability and their carers and older Australians residing in the Ipswich, Somerset and Lockyer areas.

Albany Community Legal Centre

We are an independent not for profit community organisation. We provide legal information and advice, Tenant Advocacy and Disability Advocacy. Our services are directed to those community members who would not otherwise be able to access legal and advocacy services.

Albany Halfway House Association Inc.

Albany Halfway House Association Inc. is a not-for profit organisation providing community-based support to adults in the Great Southern region of Western Australia with recovery-focused services in mental health tailored to meet participant needs. We offer a range of services which include residential rehabilitation accommodation, transitional housing, outreach services and NDIS services. For more than 38 years, Albany Halfway House Association Inc. has championed mental health support services for people living with a mental illness, supported short – medium term accommodation and outreach support in their home. Services and support are delivered by skilled and trained staff specialising in psychosocial support. Emphasis is focussed on ensuring participants receive flexible and individualised service based on the participants recovery goals.

Albany Youth Support Association

AYSA is an organisation that supports youth from 12-21 years of age who are at risk in the local community.

Young House: An 8 bedroom crisis accommodation facility for youth who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, staffed 24/7.

Albany Youth Outreach / Denmark Youth Outreach: Young people aged between 12 and 18 who are in crisis or experiencing a difficult journey through adolescence can access the support of our qualified youth workers.

Navig8: Assisting young people who have lived in child protection care, foster care or group homes. They are given the tools to live independently in the community.

Reconnect: Assisting young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, helping them to reconcile with their family within a safe and supportive environment.

Open Access: An after-school program that provides a safe, supportive space where young people can get creative and bring ideas to life three afternoons a week.

Albert Park Flexible Learning Centre

Albert Park Flexible Learning Centre is a co-educational learning community catering for young people between 14 and 25 years of age. Albert Park Flexible Learning Centre offers a families program and young parents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Young people are enrolled in either junior or senior and are registered for the Queensland Certificate of Education through the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority.

Albert Park PS is a small primary school within the Lismore NSW community. Our community was severely impacted by the recent flooding disaster, many of our families have lost everything. Any donations to help support our families would be greatly appreciated.

Alexandra Community Hub (ACH) offers a variety of programs and services to support our local and district community. These include & are not limited to being Services Australia Agency (Centrelink etc), Neighbourhood House with activities to support personal development, connection and community activities, As a Registered Training Organisation ad Learn Local Department of Education provide we run both Nationally accredited and pre-accredited courses. We host the Murrindindi L2P Program to support disadvantage learner drivers gain driving hours. ACH hires & provides facilities, equipment & space for outside support organisation's such as the Biggest Morning Tea & other NFP groups. We work with Salvocare to provide emergency relief. Our community & community garden supports the exchange & giving of fresh & pantry food items. ACH will also assist in auspicing, for community group for local benefit.
