St Mary’s Primary School, Bowraville, is a caring and vibrant Catholic community where every student and family is valued, included and respected. We currently educate children K-6 from across the Nambucca Valley.

For over a hundred years, our school has provided a wonderful learning environment where students feel safe, secure and cared for. The school works closely with our local Gumbaynggiirr community, creating connections with language, country and culture for our students.

Through our school Motto ‘Let Your Light Shine,' we seek to inspire our students with a passion for learning, life and service to others. We are a small regional Catholic school located in the farming town of Northampton. We currently have 95 students, across 4 classes. We cater for students from 4 year old Kindargarten to Year 6.

St Patrick's College Townsville

We are a day and boarding school for girls located in Townsville. We have many families that have been adversely affected by the recent extreme weather and flood event in January/February 2019. Families have lost their homes and belongings and require donations both monetary and for goods.

St Patrick’s Community Support (St Pat’s) is a specialist homelessness service which has been working side-by-side with vulnerable people in the community for 50 years. We deliver a range of specialist, evidence-based services designed to break the cycle of homelessness and disadvantage, including housing, health, welfare and emergency relief and social inclusion.

We understand every person is unique and comes with their own story and personal journey that has led them to experience some degree of homelessness.

Recognising this, St Pat’s provides support at multiple levels including early intervention programs, addressing a person’s immediate needs and working alongside them to meet the challenges that have led them to where they are today. Our professional staff work with people to build on their strengths and resilience to help them rebuild their lives, thrive and return to independent living.

The FIS program is committed to helping parents deal with the challenges of family life, learn how to be the best parent they can be and enjoy good healthy and fulfilling relationships with their children. We visit family homes on a regular basis. St Vincent de Paul - Marillac House

Marillac House commenced operation in 2007 as a special work of the St Vincent de Paul Society. It was identified by Society members and the community that the provision of low-cost accommodation and support was greatly lacking for hospital patients, their families and carers. It was identified that those travelling quite long distances to access health services were the greatest affected. People living on King and Flinders Island, the far west coast, northwest and east coast of Tasmania, were impacted the most.
Our objectives are:
• To assist patients, carers and family members in times of health crisis, accommodating those people who are undergoing surgery, specialised treatment, emergency care and rehabilitation.
• To provide homely, low-cost accommodation in a supportive and caring environment.
• To provide our service in a confidential, respectful and caring manner.

St Vincent de Paul North Dandenong currently provides home visitations to 100 families per month and is in the process of opening a soup van operation that feeds the vulnerable in the community.

Homelessness in Dandenong is second behind the city of Melbourne with 707 people registered as homeless. Dandenong is also running at 7% unemployment - well above the 5% state average.

St Vincent De Paul - Soup Vans Victoria

Our Soup Vans offer food, social connection and referral pathways out of homelessness and poverty, to people experiencing or at risk of, homelessness and disadvantage.
Our soup van services are located in metropolitan and regional Victoria and undertake street service of meals to our friends on the street and people experiencing food insecurity in boarding and rooming houses, crisis accommodations, social housing and other residential locations.

The Vinnies Soup Vans are run by dedicated volunteers, known as Vannies, who annually provide over 700,000 meals to people in need. Our soup vans operate 365 days a year, rain, hail or shine!

We get people coming to us for assistance for various reasons such as difficulty in paying electricity bills, domestic violence situations, homelessness, young people couch surfing and more.

St Vincent de Paul - Vinnies Support Centre - Crows Nest

Vinnies Support Centres are client-centered support and referral services operated by the St Vincent de Paul Society. They offer face to face support to those in the community who require financial, food or material assistance. The support teams will work with you to offer the best possible support for your needs and link you in with the Society's Conference home visitation teams or Vinnies Services.

St Vincent de Paul - Woody Point

We represent Our Lady of Miraculous Medal at Woody Point. 4019. We are not a retail SVDP shop, but we are Family Welfare and our conference goes out into our clients homes and assess their needs and listen to their requests. We try to help with food, Go Cards, clothes, furniture , accommodation. Other help we give paying registration if someone is living in their car or need the car to seek employment. We direct our clients to legal assistance, dental and medical assistance.

Across NSW, Vinnies has 224 shops & 8 Distribution Centers. The volunteering role is to support the operations of our retail shops by sorting clothes, visual merchandising and customer service.

St Vincent de Paul QLD - Cordelia Street South Brisbane

A joint service offered by St Vincent de Paul QLD's Housing and Homelessness Programs Team and its subsidiary Tier 2 community housing provider, Vinnies Housing.
Cordelia Street South Brisbane accommodates supports women who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness. Four levels of transitional accommodation are provided for up to 48 single, adult women prioritising older women (55+) and expectant mothers. Three levels of long-term housing are provided to women with young families.

The Elizabeth St Vincent de Paul Society of South Australia Conference, Provides Emergency Relief, Budget Counseling, Financial Counselling and Wellbeing Case Coordination services to community members. Our Wellbeing Coordinator supports companions with a wide range of different circumstances and links in and refers them to relevant services, while increasing financial wellbeing. This is the reason for selecting certain services, under the services provided section. Budget Counselors provide emergency relief assistance in material and non-material aid.

The St Vincent de Paul Society (Vinnies) is a charity that helps people in need through a variety of different ways including housing, food relief, financial assistance, age care and youth support.

Vinnies also reduces environmental impact by keeping pre-loved goods out of landfills through sales in our op-shops or supplying material aid to those who need it.
