Torres Strait Islander Elder requiring support
Torres Strait Islander Elder who has recently experienced health issues leading to hospitalisation. She now attends multiple specialist appointments throughout the day and lives apart from her children due to being in temporary accommodation. She travels up to 1.5 hours to see her sons each day. Her phone is often out of battery due to being away from home most of the day meaning she is not always contactable. She is experiencing financial hardship as she is unable to work due to her health. Any support is greatly appreciated.
