Young man with a disability is looking for help to access housing and further his education
We work with young people with a disability, who are at risk of becoming/are homeless. Often these young people have been faced with multiple barriers throughout their life, including experiences in out-of-home care, unemployment or underemployment, housing and financial stress etc.
We work with a young man with a disability, who grew up in out-of-home care and is currently couch surfing. He is moving into his first ever rental and is struggling with the cost of living.
