Young woman experiencing severe financial hardship
This young woman is struggling to afford food and rent, leaving her at high risk of homelessness. Due to recent events, she has not been able to work as many hours and being casual, does not get paid for time off. She also does not receive Centrelink payments as they were stopped due to her working too many hours. Because of this she has used all of her savings that she has worked tirelessly to accumulate. One of the recent events that have had a significant impact on her was the sudden passing of a close relative in which they took their own life. This has affected her entire support network and has had a major impact on her own mental health and well-being.
