Older socially isolated community member affected by 2022 floods
A widower from a CALD background who went through the 2022 floods is looking for support with rebuilding his home. He is struggling to maintain work, having only just returned to casual employment following an injury, and lives alone so has no one else to assist with paying for repairs or general costs.
My client is still working towards rebuilding his house and his life following the floods, having lost many of his possessions and with his home sustaining significant damage. He is currently unable to work as much as he would like due to his injury and would benefit from any support he can access.
