This gentleman was significantly impacted by the Vic 2022 floods and was recently re-impacted by the January 2024 floods. He lost multiple items such as his clothes, clothes dryer, food and laptop due to the water damage and needs to replace them. He lives alone and doesn't have the financial means to replace many items as his only income is a pension which only covers his daily bills.
