Flooding throughout house and surrounds , just back in the home and sill have mould, residents very unwell.
Residents home was flood damaged in 2022, resident had to leave for nearly two years while waiting on house repairs to be completed.
Resident has severe asthma and has been in hospital, husband is terminally ill with cancer and heart disease, has pneumonia, daughter also has a terminal cancer diagnosis. Resident needs to have surgery to save her eyesight in one eye but is unable to afford it, if she loses her eyesight she will have her licence revoked and she needs to drive her family to medical appointments and treatments. The condition of the house is making the residents more unwell, the have a dehumidifier but need a couple more to try to get rid of the damp.
Due to ill health this couple are financially struggling, their mental health is suffering and they are distressed at the condition of their home as it hasn't been repaired to a proper standard. Resident is to unwell and doesn't want the builders back as they have done more damage.
