90 yo Filipino woman lives alone in social housing

This 90 year old Filipino woman has lived in social housing for 50 years. This woman loves where she lives and relies heavily on the community for socialisation and nourishment. She walks very slowly but is always very well presented as she makes her way to all of the community gatherings, free food hamper offerings and markets. This woman is fortunate enough to have her nephew close by to assist her. This woman receives a pension but is finding her life difficult as she needs some household items that would make her life easier. Her hands are sore and red and crippled up, she is unable to chop vegetables. Her refrigerator is not working, her food is spoiling, her washing machine is not working. Her bedsheets are worn and bath towels are holey. This woman is seeking support to upgrade some appliances to make her life more fulfilling and ease the stress on her everyday life.
