60 year old man with diabetes & a heart condition has finished cancer treatment and needs help to regain a sense of purpose
This man had his life upended after a fall that left him with no ability to work. He developed diabetes and a muscle condition that has meant he falls a lot. He has had many hospital admissions this year. He often feels hopeless but we are working with him to regain a sense of purpose. To top it off, he had a distressing cancer treatment which he has just finished. It is very difficult for him to function without support. He needs you community! :)
