Young couple with a transient history wanting to make the best life for their little family

Young couple with newborn baby girl (3 weeks old). Both have history of transient lifestyle (been together 7 years), currently settled in social housing awaiting permanent placement. Both have significant trauma history from very young ages & minimal informal supports. Both are working with professionals to work through trauma and mental health issues. Father of the baby had been working up until about 10 months ago and is currently working on himself to enable him to get himself back on track to be able to re-enter the workforce in coming months.
Financially they are struggling, awaiting Centrelink payments for new baby. Father of the baby has made some poor decisions in the past leaving him with a criminal record and a hefty amount of debt - has payment plans in place and is slowly chipping away to get the debt down.

Any assistance would mean the world to this young couple who are very humble and self-sufficient.
