Teen boy's mother passed away several years ago and his father he hasn’t seen for the past 6 years. Homelessness.

I am a youth worker and this story is regarding a client of mine who is 15 years old.
This client has been homeless and living out of home for about 3-4 years. He has been living in Esperance and Greenfields. The last place was with his Aunty in Greenfields where he was living in a tent in the back yard.
Prior to this, he was living with his grandmother who passed away.

Client's mother passed away several years ago and his father he hasn’t seen for the past 6 years.
client was put on a bus and arrived in Albany and was staying at the Railway station with some other homeless people, Client was a missing person up until he was found and offered a place to stay - has no personal effects, clothing, income support, birth Certificate, bank account etc.
