Much needed vouchers and supplies for women experiencing psychiatric care during the Christmas and Holiday period
I am asking for donations in order to provide women with meaningful engagement during the Christmas 2024 and New Year period. The women engaging in our service are often experiencing financial hardship, victims of family violence and sexual assault, experiencing homelessness, and/or are being treated for a severe psychiatric illness that is out of their control. The isolation and impact of these experiences are increased greatly over the Christmas/New Year period.
We are hoping that through your donations we are able to offer a respite to consumers and their loved ones. So that they too, are able to experience some holiday joy.
We would like to be able to buy small gifts and crafting activities for the women who might still be with us for Christmas.
