Male in his 50s struggling financially after Lismore flood & still in need of basic items
UPDATE 14/1/2025 - Humble man in his 50's lost vehicle and personal possessions in the Lismore area 2022 floods. His home was extensively flood damaged with water levels reaching 4.8 metres. As a result of the flood, he is suffering with leg problems. He did receive the Back to Home Grant, but it has been exhausted fixing the home, which is still not finished. He is living in basic conditions and currently uses a car fridge to keep food, and cooks on a camping stove, and eats on a camping chair. Not one to ask for help, it would assist him immensely both mentally & physically, for help with a fridge, washing machine, oven, a bed. to make life a bit easier.
Story: Currently living in temporary accommodation - lost personal belongings, furniture and vehicle. Thankful for any help.
