Person with complex mental and medical health needs
38 year old female in financial hardship, requiring funding for CPAP machine. Currently residing with mother, however vulnerable to homelessness due to condition of rental property.
Complex medical condition as identified by her medical team and local hospital as a priority, however due to lack of finances is unable to afford money to commence her CPAP treatment. Other sources of funding have been explored to no avail. The impact on her mental health is jeopardising her capacity to engage with health providers.
We are appealing for funding for a CPAP machine and accessories.
