This person's home was completely inundated by Cyclone Jasper floodwater and lost everything. He is trying to rebuild his life and after 9 months, still requires assistance to replace everything he has lost. He is unwell and is having surgery in October. He is living in a caravan at the property still trying to clean up mud and debris.
