64 year old Indigenous gentleman impacted by Vic 2022 floods

This gentleman was significantly impacted by the Vic 2022 floods and was recently re-impacted by the January 2024 floods. He lost multiple items such as his clothes, clothes dryer, food and laptop due to the water damage and needs to replace them. He lives alone and doesn't have the financial means to replace many items as his only income is a pension which only covers his daily bills.

Consumer stated that he had his dryer outside and that it got stolen. He did a police report and he lost his original one in the flood and had to get a new one, which was the one that got stolen. He didn't have any insurance of it and has requested assistance to get a new one.
