Client is flood-affected family from Central Victoria - Maryborough who is in desperate need of assistance. client is in her sixties and recently client husband passed away and now in grief phase and seeking mental health support .
Last year, their property was severely impacted by the floods, leaving them stranded for three days with no access. The floodwaters caused significant damage, particularly to the client's bedroom. Unfortunately, the family did not have house and content insurance, making their recovery process even more challenging.
