Dedicated single Father who has escaped family violence, loss of business and home battling mental health to ensure his son has a better life. Dad's dedicated working with homelessness organisations, and managed to change his entire living situation through proactive engagement and hard work. Struggling with severe mental health, isolation during recent natural disaster and Complex Bi Polar Disorder, the main focus at all times is stability for his son to finish schooling and to keep the family unit safe.
Dad has managed to get himself out of homelessness crisis accommodation and into community housing and is now just working on building a better life to move forward. Only a small amount of help is needed to assist Dad get his car back up and running, his unit set up for his son to feel comfortable in and learning tools like a laptop for further study opportunities.
