Father and daughter impacted by the second flood in two years. Ongoing financial struggles and hardship from the Victorian 2022 flood events. Living fulltime in caravan recently unemployed. Update: now working part time and has completely rebuilt flood 2022 impacted property with his bare hands and minimal support. Storm 2024 ripped off roof and now that needs replacing on tight budget.
