Computer access for 74 bed crisis accommodation service in Alice Springs
We are seeking the donation of 3 desktop computers and a printer for our 74-bed crisis accommodation service.
Located in Mparntwe(Alice Springs), the service centre for all remote communities in the central desert region- roughly 250000 square kilometres. People from remote communities often have to relocate to Mparntwe, where there is a critical housing shortage to access health services, educational opportunities and employment . We provide crisis support services to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness, including a 74-bed crisis accommodation hostel, casework and support. Currently, people residing at the hostel do not have access to computers, the internet, or printing, which limits their contact with family, services, housing, health, and employment opportunities.
