The client and family were affected by the October 2022 floods, they lost the backyard and all the children's play items.
The floods hit them when they were not aware. They evacuated but upon return the backyard was gone, all the toys and children's gym were gone. The children need some place to play but the family is facing huge financial challenges, they cannot afford to replace any of the outdoor toys. This was the place where the children would play safely, giving the parent a bit respite. Since the floods the children can only play indoors.
