Single mother surviving domestic violence with new health issues
Single mother and survivor of domestic violence. Living with psychosocial disability, she is supporting her teenage daughter on her own after escaping a 19 year abusive relationship. Lives with her daughter and cats who are her entire world. She has recently been diagnosed with a neurological condition that has impacted all parts of her life. Although she is good at budgeting, an increase in medical appointments and treatments has put a financial strain on her day to day living. She is unable to drive and spends most of her times indoor alone. She is very caring and giving person, always helping out others when she can. She is looking to give back to the community again in any way she can. She enjoys artistic activities such as sewing and painting. She would like to make blankets for the children's home again.
