Vulnerable older woman with physical disability who's homeless & needing help with food/fuel due to financial hardship

Older woman who has been chronically homeless for years after experiencing domestic and family violence which meant she was unable to return home. She suffers from a disability similar to Multiple Sclerosis (MS). This has resulted in her being unable to work due to periodic episodes where she is bedridden but she has been denied NDIS and is unable to reapply until she has secured Longterm accommodation. These flare ups are more common in the winter months and being homeless makes this much more dangerous where she could be hospitalized. She is currently in emergency accommodation but due to her illness, her options are very limited as she also cannot be around people to often during the colder months especially due to her immune system being compromised. She is responsible for paying for her emergency accommodation and is financially strained as she also pays for medications that are required to manage her illness and are not rebated so are quite costly but essential
