A family that have lost so much in the recent floods in North Queensland including a wheelchair required for independence
A large family of 4 young adults and a teen have been impacted by the devasting floods happening across North QLD. The family has lost many downstairs and laundry items in the flood, which includes a motorised wheelchair that has been donated by the Variety club. The young woman has used this wheel chair to move around the small township, giving her freedom and independence which is now lost.
Support is needed while this family begin to recover, as they do not have the means to be able to do it themselves.
