Young people and families in our transitional supported housing are in need of material items.
Our young people and young families are transitioning from homelessness to transitional supported housing with case management through our service. These young people/families are in need of material items to assist them make their house a home. The young people/families are engaging in supports such as further education/maintaining education, obtaining employment or training, linking in with Centrelink supports, mental health supports, and striving to achieve stable housing.
