Support needed for man after being in hospital with long sickness

after a tragic accident left 50-year-old man hospitalized for months, he returned to his one-bedroom apartment, with limited supports. He is looking to get back to the work force and focus on his health. This man has always helped others, however, after his accident that left him with some long term health effects, he is looking for resources wherever that may be.
