This woman has been experiencing DV for 20 years with her ex-partner. She has 4 children with him. Since escaping the violence, partner has lost her family home to the ex-partner as well as their 4 children to his care. She is only receiving job seeker payments. She has recently been approved for legal aid and is looking to regain her home and children as she fears for their safety. 2 of her children have special needs and require additional support.
