This man's yacht sunk off the jetty during TC Alfred. Has lost his entire belongings including their ID and only has a spare pair of shorts left. They were staying with family but is now vulnerable living in their car. They have a physical disability due to a car accident and this has added to the stress he feels and the amount of belongings he has lost. Can you help.
