Young Mum of 4 having to re-estabish her whole life as single Mum life after escaping Family Sexual Violence
Young Mum of 4 primary school aged and younger children has had to flee her home, employment and supports to a DV shelter after escaping domestic and family sexual violence. While in emergency accommodation the mum has successfully secured a rental (after 37 unsuccessful applications), which she will relocate and re-establish her life in a new town. As she fled her previous life with only her children, the clothes on their back in her car she needs to start again. As her family's safety, health and wellbeing is her number one focus - support from GIVIT would make her home comfortable and give her kids a few fun things to entertain themselves.
