Retired couple experiencing financial disadvantage
A retired couple who have been living in a caravan since Oct 2022 due to the Victorian Floods. They are using all their funds to rebuild their home and are unable to afford food or gifts for Christmas. The wife is experiencing significant mental health issues as a result of the floods and their housings situation which is exacerbated as she feels she cannot see her grandchildren as she cannot afford gifts for them.
