Flood affected elderly woman on disability support pension. Needing support to replace flood damaged fridge & washing machine

84 yr old woman, has had to reverse mortgage on her house in order to afford a house raise to get her out of harms way in the event of future floods. Woman lives alone, is a survivor of domestic violence. Woman's phone has recently broken, isolating her and limiting ability to contact support services & access support. Seeking support to purchase an Android phone to provide woman with independence whilst she continues to navigate her flood recovery.
Uninsured elderly woman who was not aware of flood recovery support available and has received no assistance.
Woman attempted to salvage washing machine and fridge that had water from floods through them and has been using them but since been told they are a potential fire hazard and dangerous. She does not have money to replace as she is on a disability support pension and any savings she had has gone into house repairs.
Woman does not like asking for support, but her safety is a concern in this situation.
