Homeless 20yrs needing support
This Young person is aged 20 and currently experiencing homeless. They are being supported temporarily in a transitional supported accommodation through a homelessness service. They have experienced long term homelessness over the last few years including sleeping rough, couch surfing and staying in almost 10 youth refuges. Homelessness was as a result of family breakdown and violence.
They have been looking for work but struggling due to their mental health. Something they have identified that helps their mental health is camping, they are hoping to travel soon and will need some items to ensure they are able to do this. Their hope is that by traveling they will be able to find themselves and attempt to heal from their family trauma.
