Young mum to be, 18 years old, struggling to gather items required for baby
Young mum to be working casual job trying to pay for living costs and save to purchase items required for her baby. Her parents have recently moved 3.5 hours away, so informal supports are minimal, and she feels somewhat isolated. Has partner works a casual job, however, he has his own financial commitments and a young child from a previous relationship to support. Really trying hard to be independent and gather what is needed however is finding it a real struggle at the moment. Would like to return to study at some stage once baby is born as she has a long-term goal of becoming a Primary School Teacher. Has been struggling with increased anxiety of late, some days finding this debilitating to the point she is unable to leave the house and unable to go to work.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
