Vulnerable 10yo & 11yo in foster care need smartwatches for safety

Two vulnerable children is in need of smartwatches to keep them safe. These two young children are in foster care due to severe abuse and neglect. The 11 year old has PTSD and issues with memory. The 10 year old has physical disabilities, ADHD, and ASD. These two children are vulnerable to being harmed by others, and need extra measures to keep them safe. Having a smartwatch would mean they can call for help as needed, and would increase their independence as they grow older. Smartwatches cost $250 each, and this expense is too much for their foster parents on top of medical and specialist bills for these children.
