Client with her partner and family of 5 has only just received permanent residency given to her and her family from the 2022 flooding event in the Tweed region and has been bouncing from staying in family and friends garages and granny flats to motel hopping attempting to get them and her family more suitable accommodation after losing all of their personal effects. With the influx of Northern NSW(rivers) people moving into the area and receiving homes before her, she has only just been housed recently. With all the costs of paying people and not having steady living areas they are now struggling financially to supply her home with suitable accommodation necessities and we are struggling to source some of the items for her. Any help for them and their family would be appreciated and they know how hard it is for everyone during this cost of living crisis.
