Two adults with nil insurance living in the Scenic Rim region when TC Alfred landed has lost bedroom linen to the flood water
During Cyclone Alfred one of the two adults living in the Scenic Rim region was subjected to huge gusts of wind which was lifting the deck of her house. The house got battered with lots of rain and is now battling mildew and mould. She had a load of washing in her washing machine which went mouldy when the power outage happened. The outage in the area was at least four days.
